Conventional Fixed RateOur conventional fixed-rate programs allows for predictable payments over the life of the loan. Conventional ARMWith our Adjustable Rate Mortgages (ARM) your loan rate is typically lower than fixed rate programs. ARMs can be less expensive over a long period than a fixed rate mortgage. Generally, if interest rates remain steady, you will to benefit from the lower initial rate and if rates drop, your monthly payments will decrease without refinancing.
